Overview
The Gulfcoast Ultrasound Advanced Critical Care Ultrasound 2024 course provides medical professionals involved in point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) examinations with advanced knowledge and skills in critical care ultrasound applications. - State an algorithm for assessing causes of shock and hypotension using bedside ultrasound.
- Recognize ultrasound characteristics associated with MI and complications.
- Recall the POCUS evaluation of the Right Heart and recognize certain echo mimics.
- State an algorithm for assessing hydration status and fluid responsiveness with point-of-care ultrasound.
- Outline indications and applications of color Doppler in the evaluation of cardiac disease.
- State an algorithm for the POCUS assessment of cardiomyopathies and heart failure.
